Tunic [CAN] / Adverse 96 [BEL]
Tunic is born of spite. After years of touring someone else’s bass lines across the globe, David Schellenberg was told he wasn’t good enough. So he did the only logical thing: buy a guitar, quit your long-time band, and abandon everything you think you know about music. Armed with no skill and a blissfully ignorant embrace of discordant noise, Schellenberg started crafting songs, quickly enlisting childhood acquaintance Sam Neal on drums and roommate Rory Ellis on bass.
Over the past 4 years and half a dozen d.i.y. releases, tunic has managed to unleash and tame their unique blend of noise rock and hardcore. Relentless touring has taken them across Canada, Europe and the States, filling clubs, basements, and abandoned prisons with noise. The band released the single "Teeth Showing" on Toronto’s Buzz Records in 2018, which they toured with new drummer Dan Unger.
Tunic's debut album “Complexion” was recorded in six days in their hometown of Winnipeg, Mani-toba with Montreal-based engineer and producer Jace Lasek (Suuns, Land of Talk, Wolf Parade). Complexion picks up where previous releases left off; 11 songs of feedback-laden filth laid over churning blows of drum and bass. Harsh verses about hurting those you never meant to hurt; choru-ses that sever ties where you never thought you had to. This is unconventional hardcore. This is broken indie rock. This is naïve art.
Adverse96 is a four-piece post-hardcore-punk band from Brussels/Liège, BELGIUM. While the drummer hails from an academic jazz universe, most of the bandmembers come from the skatepunk scene and strive to create an original blend of punk and hardcore with both a modern touch and a 90’s grunge edge.

The Helldozers [D]

Tequilasavate Y Su Hijo Bastardo [FRA]
Tequilasavate y Su Hijo Bastardo is a primitive, decadent and dead rock'n'roll duo. They yell their passions for burritos, the living dead and girls with such pure energy as could be found in a long forgotten tomb or in the wild 60’s. Under their masks and costumes of deceased mariachis they deliver the ideal soundtrack to a monster dance-off for the walking dead.

Omega Sun [SLV] / Swanmay [ÖST]
Slovenian heavy fuzz rockers Omega Sun started in 2013 as an instrumental duo and after few rehearsals morphed into a proper four piece band with vocals. As of then Omega Sun played numerous gigs (and tours), also sharing the stage with Dopethrone, Unida, Kylesa, Stoner Kebab, Yawning Man...
After some turmoil in 2017 Omega Sun finally managed to record their debut full length "Opium For The Masses"; now as a power trio consisting of Igor (vocals, bass), Seba (drums) and Aris (guitar).
In 2019 the band "accidentaly" embarked on their first world tour playing shorter tour runs over Europe and the USA. In the meantime the band is also working on new material which is planned to be released in 2020.
Amp-walls, aluminium guitars and an arsenal of fuzz pedals. That’s the formula of success of Swanmay’s bassy & fuzzed out Heavy-Stoner-Sound.
After dozens of shows all over Europe as support for Kadavar, Truckfighters, Brant Bjork, Elder, The Atomic Bitchwax, My Sleeping Karma, Ufommamut amm. the three Fuzzgeeks have released their debut LP „Stoner Circus“ on April 20th, 2017 via Independent Audio Management and they deliver the soundtrack for all supporters of the 420-movement.
To describe the steel-city trio properly, you simply have to chug a bottle of Jack and – after a decent burp – deliberately cite Lemmy wrong: ‚Stoned dead forever’. It is not necessarily the Death Valley, though after duty hours even the Voest seems to work on a DeLorean variation which isn’t fed by 1,21 gigawatt from a nuclear reactor, therefor fuzzes with a proper dose home-made mushrooms and sand in the drive into nirvana and eventually lingers somewhere between cactus and cattle bones.
