On the road since 1987 ( 37 Years ) AÇÃO DIRETA  from Sao Bernardo do Campo , a city in an industrial region of the State of Sao Paulo known as ABC Paulista.
Always very active, the foursome has built a history of attitude, persistence and integrity with hardcore music, constantly treading the path of independence.
 
Ação Direta has eight official albums and has toured Europe four times (in 1997, 1999, 2001 and 2004) passing through countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and the Czech Republic. The band has also done a mini tour of Argentina in 1996 and performed in many memorable shows throughout the Brazilian territory.

Ação Direta stands out with the energy of their live performancesand furious Hardcore Metal Punk fusion, with contemporary themes such as human behavior, environment, existentialism, social inequality, religious conflict, themilitary, contemporary fascism,women’s rights and human rights violations.

Powder for Pigeons (Power Rock Duo aus Perth/Hamburg) - Sänger und Gitarrist Rhys und Schlagzeugerin Meike eilt der Ruf einer schonungslos energischen und schweisstreibenden Wall-of-Rock-Performance voraus. Zuletzt auf Tour mit Monster Magnet, Clawfinger und Ugly Kid Joe begeistert das Power-Duo und in Las Vegas verheiratete Ehepaar mit einem nahezu magischen Zusammenspiel und einem gigantischen wie unverwechselbaren Sound. Eigens dafür baut Rhys seine Gitarren aus australischem Buschholz komplett selbst. Mit mal effektvoll-sphärischen, mal geradeaus rausgeschmetterten Riffs erzeugt er damit einen so ungeheuren Druck, dass man kaum glaubt, nur zwei Leute auf der Bühne vor sich zu haben. Drummer lady Meike, die u.a. schon in Los Angeles für ein Label der legendären Sound City Studios getrommelt hat, treibt das ganze mit Ihren meist im up- bis midtempo gehaltenenen Powergrooves voran, dass es nur so kracht. Eine spannende Band, die mit offensichtlichen Einflüssen von Rockikonen wie z.B. Helmet, RATM, Faith no more, QOTSA, Primus das ganze Spektrum schmutzig-schmuddeligen Alternative Rocks zelebriert - in einem explosiven Live Set.

Die wunderbaren Turbo ACs sind zurück in Europa! Nach ihrem furiosen großartigen Album  „Radiation“, das 2018 auf Concrete Jungle Rec herauskam und ein weiterer Meilenstein in der  Geschichte einer Band ist, die in über 20 Jahren ihren eigenen Surf Punk Sound geschaffen hat, juckt es Kevin und Co erneut in den Fingern, und eine ausgedehnte Sommer 2024 Tour kommt da gerade richtig. 
Und dieses Mal feiern sie das 20jährige Bestehen ihrer im Jahr 2003 veröffentlichten Platte  „Automatic“, die von Blag Dahlia von den Dwarves produziert wurde. Aus diesem Anlass gibt es eine  remasterte Spezialausgabe dieses Albums, das Concrete Jungle Rec am 26.April 2024 veröffentlichen wird. Leadsänger Kevin Cole erzählt mit Hilfe seines Tagebuchs eine wilde Reise durch die turbulente Geschichte der Band, die in den neuen erweiterten Liner Notes der Platte enthalten ist. Die remasterte Sonderausgabe, die auf Vinyl und CD erhältlich ist und in beiden Format-Varianten von den Raw-Demos auf CD begleitet wird, bietet den Fans einen einzigartigen Einblick in die Entstehung dieses ikonischen Albums. 
Anfang der 1990er haben sich die Turbo ACs in den schäbigen Gassen des New York Cities  gegründet, es folgten zahlreiche EPs und Samplerbeiträge auf verschiedenen Labels ehe sie 1996 mit ihrem Debütalbum „Damnation Overdrive“, das auf dem New Yorker Plattenlabel Blackout! Records erschien, vor allem in Europa große Wellen schlugen. Mit der unverwechselbaren Stimme von Frontmann Kevin Cole und Elementen eines Dick Dale, Ramones, Misfits und Motörhead sind sie als die Lieblingsband so mancher RocknRoll Fans gekürt worden.

Statues on Fire has been touring Europe for 11 years and has established itself as one of the best punk and hardcore bands in the country. The fifth tour of Europe took place in May 2019 at renowned festivals such as Wilvarin Festival (Kiel/Germany), Au Fest Frankfurt (Germany), among others.
The 2020-2021-2022 tours scheduled with the band's participation in major European festivals had to be postponed to 2023 due to the complications of the Covid-19 pandemic in the world, the band returned in 2023 with the release of the new album "IV" with 11 shows in 11 days, with a good audience in all concerts
Speaking of new records, the band has just released the album "IV", produced by Nobru Bueno (Carol Cabrino, Dinho Ouro Preto, Hateen), recorded at Rising Power Estudios and Nobru Bueno Estudios, in which the band addresses the dark times of recent years, whether with the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of faith to corrupt Christian values, the philosophy of war implanted in the minds of millions to generate conflict among the people. Not to mention the shameless use of politics and the public machine to benefit individuals or just a small group in society.
Their debut album "Phoenix" won the award for best album of the year by the specialized media in 2014.
In Europe their albums are released by Rookie Records, from Hamburg (Germany) a giant of Punk Rock in Europe, Rookie released the Debut "Phoenix" in 2014 and 2016 "No Tomorrow". In 2018 the band signed with Snubbed Records in the USA.
Statues on Fire is made up of the experienced Andre Alves (vocals and guitar), Lalo Tonus (bass), Alex Silva (drums) and Regis Ferri (guitar).
Before Statues on Fire established itself as a band, its musicians were involved in the same projects: Andre Alves and Lalo took part in Nitrominds, a group that gained great expression with 14 international tours. Alves also set up the project Musica Diablo, which featured Sepultura vocalist Derrick Green.
